An enduring ideology was formed which was identified as one that consistently applies to various trading as well as geographical conditions. On the other hand, operational objectives were consistently examined and thereafter developed (Hodges, 2016 p. 6). The result of the study was that all business enterprises were encouraged to initiate ethical practices in their activities as well as organizations. Furthermore, it was noted that regulatory systems were to support as well as incentivize the actions. There were also the inclusions of collaborative agreements like the famous Primary Authority model which was to include all the requirements which enhance business ethics in an organization. Unethical behavior only makes employees and investors to lose confidence with an organization thereby poor productivity while ethical behaviors lead to high productivity.
