I have short term goals of providing efficient discharge plan and comprehensive care that factors patients’ cultural and emotional needs. My professional goals are intact and with effective time management, I will achieve them in a less worrying way. I have a deep understanding that setting goals help differentiate what is important and less meaningful hence one has concentrated efforts on the bigger picture. My goal is to be an effective clinician this means to have the ability to prescribe, diagnose and manage the health of a patient. I will also need to be adaptive to the changing trend of the healthcare. Being driven to multitask and manage, I am focused to be independent as a nurse practitioner and thrive in leadership areas.
