ProQuest is a website that provides students and general researchers the
access to thousands of secondary sources of information. Most visitors of
ProQuest are college and university students. The primary type of information
found in ProQuest secondary findings of research studies stored in the form of
journals articles and conference reports. In light of the above, the
information found in ProQuest is overly reliable for educational purposes. The rationale for the above is that most of
the journal articles and reports found on
the above site are peer-reviewed and are
the right kind of sources of information to use in the pursuit of establishing
quality academic literature reviews. I might choose to access ProQuest in order
to research for a particular study topic in my business course or in the
pursuit of finding insightful information to enhance my general knowledge in
business related subjects. Consequently,
I would recommend my peers to access ProQuest as well. Ideally, they would find
it to be overly resourceful especially regarding business topics. More so, the website majorly features peer-reviewed academic reference materials that
guarantee the authenticity of the
