I hereby submit a suggestion regrading my recent observation at the firm after an intensive interaction with other staff members. As a human resource manager, I would like to notify the executive board to approve my request of recruiting more interns to the organization. Following the low productivity levels realized in the fiscal year 2016, I would like to table this program to enable the firm recruit more graduate interns to improve its services as well as competitive advantage over other similar firms in the market.
First, after a thorough research, I realized that three of our hardworking workers left the company due to hitting the retirement age. Also, it came to my notice that the company needs new energy to drive its workforce. Furthermore, having a well-established internship team will enable students to find a pathway in their career objective, predisposing XYZ organization with a pool of young and talented professionals who are ready to make the company reach greater heights and achieve more this year.
Following the above-mentioned benefits, I seek an approval from your department in regard to recruiting more internship students to our organization. More so, the cost-benefit analysis in the program suggests that the company will improve its productivity if only you could allow the company to recruit at least five career-oriented students from top-class universities in our state in the following department.
